Managing Redline Project Teams

CONSTRUCTIONONLINE - MANAGE REDLINE PROJECT TEAMS 

OBJECTIVE

To manage users and user permissions in a Redline project

BACKGROUND

Redline is one of the most powerful tools offered in ConstructionOnline. With Redline, users have the ability to annotate and markup plans, drawings, images and other files in projects.

STEPS TO MANAGE REDLINE PROJECT TEAMS

  1. Navigate to the Redline Planroom tab on the left menu
  2. Click the dropdown menu to the right of the desired project
  3. Click Manage Project Team
    1. This will open the Manage Project Team modal
  4. Click Add New User
  5. Enter the information for a new user, or select Add Existing User(s)
  6.   When adding existing users, select users from the Contacts list and choose applicable permissions
    1. Available permission levels: Make Personal Markup; Make Personal and Public Markup; All Markup, Can Add and Delete Pages
  7. Confirm the Project Team in the Manage Project Team modal and click save
